Strawberry Park Resort

The room is big and spacious.

Not suitable for family stay with small kids.

Rooms was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok and location is very good if you are looking for a quite relaxing place to enjoy nature and find peace within.

We booked the place as the family with 5 people and the resort provided two twin beds in the room which upon request was asked to change to an apartment with two bedrooms but one bathroom only which was not good for us as we have to get ready for the sightseeing next day. End up staying in the same room where they put in one cover over the twin beds to make it look like a queen size bed which was quite disappointing. The breakfast was not upto the level that we paid for. If you are not a fussy eater its ok ok types. The place is at the pretty remote area which is quite good for relaxation and staying in the resort most of the time but if you are an adventurous person looking to explore then this resort is not the place and waste of your money, instead find a better hotel at the reasonable price in Tanah Rata. The taxi services are very poor, the traffic jam in the peak season is very bad, Difficult to find the grab booking but if you are lucky get hold of the grab driver and ask him to tour you around. We managed to find Mr Lam (one of the taxi driver-+60-11-1077 4255) and he was awesome. He make us felt like home and made us tour around like a family. Otherwise the tour company within the resort (Nepenthes) was not very user friendly and were more into the business rather than comforting the visitors for their queries.

A peaceful escape away from the crowded town area. The rooms were large and spacious, perfect for relaxing.

The balcony could be cleaner and the outdoor furniture could be improved. It’s nicer to choose rooms facing the lobby area, as the forest side can get quite dark at night.

The location is nice and quiet, but the rooms are just old and in urgent need for a refreshment. We had a large room with 3 bedrooms, but the smell was very moist. Also the bathrooms are outdated and there were little black mold spots on the fixed hairdryer. The bed, we could feel the springs inside the mattress. We went to have a quick look at the indoor swimming pool, but made a very brisk U-turn only when smelling the entry. Even our kids ran away.The terras of the main restaurant is very nicely located, the a-la-carte food we ordered was good. But the breakfast served... no thank you.We understand it is a difficult climate, but compared to another hotel we stayed in near the same location, this is definitely not a 4-star rating worthy.

Room we had with the jungle view plus sunrise was excellent. The hot shower and bathroom facilities was great.

If the windows had insect netting would have been better , then we could have slept with the windows open.

The quietness and the away from it all 'location'.

Too many rules and reminder posted around the resort.

The view is magnificent, the weather is fantastic, and the rooms are clean.

There is glass window in the bathroom that ha overlapping design to work as exhaust i think and the insects will creep inside from there so my kids had tough time to go to the bathroom

It is the 5th family stay here this year .Strawberry park resort is our favorite place to stay in Cameron highland.Perfect location, very friendly staff. Sure recommend it to our friends.

TV is small if I have to say.

Environment, spacious room, nice scenery.

Cold floor everywhere. Will b great if there r heating provided in rooms. Need better n more EV chargers. Don't mind paying for EV charging.

Gardens beautiful view.Staff excellent.Breakfast excellent.Room clean.

Gym not so complete.Strawberry Park Hotel should have some Strawberries at the garden.Room curtain colors unsuitable, too dark & a little scary.TV remote without batteries.

The location is good. The room was clean and spacious - we had a multi room, family suite. Room heating would have helped.

We stayed 3 nights. The staff are nice. But too laid back - on the first night didn't tell us it was time for last orders and we couldn't get a proper dinner. We asked for ice cream, therefore. They wouldn't even serve ice cream, which needs no preparation. We ended up getting KitKats at the vending machine outside (which btw malfunctioned and ate up some of our cash). Each time we needed service, we had to seek them out - they don't have the concept of keeping an eye constantly on restaurant patrons - specifically when the restaurant is almost empty in the afternoon of our arrival. We had to walk out and bring them to the table. The restaurant didn't have pizza for two meals in a row. They also didn't have soda in the afternoon!!! Bf menu is ok. We had one vegetarian in our party of 4 and he found it a bit difficult. Portion sizes are erratic. Tiny in the multi cuisine restaurant for soup. And humungous in another (The Lantern). As a result of all this, we ended up having many our meals outside. Wifi is spotty.

Beds were comfortable and views from hotel was nice

-Don't stay here if you want to leave the resort and go into town. One morning there were no grabs available, asked at reception if they could help, they said nothing was available and we could walk which took 40 mins. Not interested in helping us despite having hotel vans on site. -Bad wifi in rooms -Only got 1 key card for 2 people, asked for another and they said they had run out-lady at reception was clueless and unhelpful, man was much better

Beautiful location, very scenic and amazing views. Really feel in the mountains and get the rolling mist come through. Rooms are a little bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable.

It is a little bit isolated. If you want food outside of the hotel restaurant you either use Grab food or head to Brinchang

The resort family room is very spacious and clean. The place is located at a highpoint where you get a scenic view of the highland.

There's no shuttle service to the shopping area.

Have always lived the secluded location surrounded by nature, and the very spacious rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, in particular resident manager John Yeo and F & B executive Fatullah Ramli. The Chinese food at the Lantern was good, as was the attentive service by the head waitress. The breakfast spread, as usual, was excellent.

Such a lovely hotel with lovely staff! Room is in decent size and clean! My friends and I had a great time staying there!

The tv is a bit old and could done with some upgrades

Environment is beyond fantastic, quiet and peaceful.

Hot water is unstable, ran out of hot water during shower.

I liked the way the resort is built and how beautiful it looks from the balcony. I loved we could take a little stroll within the resort and how misty it looks. The bathroom itself was so huge and beautiful. The rooms are built beautifully. It's a really good place if you want a honeymoon bliss.

What I didn't like is that it is so cut off from the center of the city that you are unable to even get a taxi to visit the areas unless you take a "tour" with their partner agency. I also didn't like that for food we were completely dependent on the over priced food options within the resort because again the resort is far away from the town's center and we struggled to order food from Grab that would deliver to this location. The breakfast buffet could be a little better. There was very less variety of English breakfast. The rooms also need heater because there was none.. It gets cold especially when visiting the bathroom
